Our Beliefs
Light of the Spirit is a faith community that is centered around the belief in one God and the teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe that through prayer, meditation, scripture reading, and acts of service, we can connect with God and find purpose in our lives.
Our Community
Light of the Spirit started as a small catholic charismatic prayer group. We meet as a Small Christian Community twice a month to pray and to support one another in our desire to love and serve the Lord. Many members come from other established communities like Ligaya ng Panginoon, Couples for Christ, Singles for Christ, and Brotherhood of Christian Business Professionals.
Our Mission
1. As believers, we are called to spread the word of God and help people experience a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. Live as a community of people, individually called to bear witness to God’s love and the power of the Holy Spirit.
3. We strive to live a life of Holiness by being rooted in prayer, Scripture and the teachings and tradition of the Roman Catholic Church.
4. To serve all the people He will bring to us and to be ready to be used by Him in anyway way He wants.
5. To provide warm, welcoming and accepting environment… “a home for people looking for God in their lives.”
